1. Overview

CampusDice.AI offers a subscription-based platform designed to help students with campus placements. We want every student to feel confident before committing to a paid plan, which is why we offer a 7-day free trial on the Standard plan. At the same time, our refund policy is designed to be fair — protecting genuine users while ensuring the platform remains sustainable.

Please read this policy carefully. By subscribing to any plan on CampusDice.AI, you agree to the terms below.

2. Current Plan & Pricing

CampusDice.AI currently offers the following active subscription for students:

Additional plans (Career+ at ₹129/month and Career++ at ₹249/month) are coming soon.

3. Free Trial — How It Works

The Standard plan includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers.

• No charge is made during the trial period
• You get full access to all Standard plan features from Day 1
• On Day 8, your payment method will be automatically charged ₹49 for the first month
• You can cancel anytime before Day 8 to avoid being charged — no questions asked

The free trial is intended for you to genuinely explore the platform. Creating multiple accounts or misusing the trial system is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account suspension.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the billing date.

• You will be notified via email before each renewal
• Charges are processed automatically via Cashfree Payments
• To avoid the next month's charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date from Settings > Subscription in your dashboard
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle already paid

5. Refund Policy

5.1 When You Can Request a Refund

We offer a refund only in the following specific situation:

• You were charged for the first paid month (i.e., after the 7-day trial ended)
• You raise a refund request within 24 hours of that first charge
• You have not used more than 20% of the plan's features after the charge (as determined by our usage logs)
• This is your first-ever refund request on CampusDice.AI — one refund per user, lifetime

If all the above conditions are met, we will refund the full ₹49 to your original payment method.

5.2 When Refunds Will NOT Be Given

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

• Refund request is made more than 24 hours after the charge
• You already used the 7-day trial fully and continued into the paid cycle
• It is a renewal charge (2nd month onwards) — you are responsible for cancelling before renewal
• The account was found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
• You have previously received a refund under the same or a different account linked to the same identity
• You created multiple accounts to exploit the free trial

5.3 No Refunds on Renewals

Renewal charges (monthly charges after the first month) are non-refundable. You are responsible for managing your subscription. We send renewal reminders to ensure you always have advance notice.

6. How to Request a Refund

1. Email info@campusdice.ai with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Registered Email ID]
2. Include the following in your email:
   • Full name and registered email address
   • Date of charge and Cashfree transaction ID
   • Brief reason for the refund request
3. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

7. Refund Processing

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method only
• Processing typically takes 7–10 business days after approval
• CampusDice.AI is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider
• A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated

8. Payment Gateway & Taxes

CampusDice.AI uses Cashfree Payments. All transactions are subject to applicable GST as per Indian tax law. Refunds are issued on the net charged amount — transaction fees and taxes that are non-recoverable under law will not be refunded.

This policy is governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be notified via:

• Email to registered users
• Updated notice on the CampusDice.AI website and app

Continued use of the platform after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
